I keep asking for a copy or letter from the law firm showing that my house was listed for sale on 12/7/2011 and they avoid producing one.
My fifth request is my last , a letter on the company's stationary will suffice but that wasn't addressed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that something is wrong.
I don't know what it is but I'll soon find the right person to get the information.
PNC forced flood insurance on my policy when none of my neighbors have to pay it, it's optional but not a requirement. This was added in december, after the first reinstatement figures, in the amount of 2,400 + dollars for escrow. At first, PNC said Fema requested me to have it. A letter was to be sent but instead, escrow to cover forced flood insurance was added!!!!!
Calling Fema, PNC Mortgage is the responsable party! They lied.
When speaking with the mortgage company, to get them to remove the additional, not required insurance, they refused. Their suggestion was to pay it and when less expensive policy can be found, they will re-emburst my escrow. Hell no, flood insurance is only 129-200 for the year.
At the same time, the law firm lowered it's bill to 750.00, citing that they are waiting on a new, undetermined sale date. UMMH, when someone is trying to reinstate a loan. In the meantime, the payments keep adding up.
