THe Oscar celebrations were all over tinsel town tonight....Norby Wayers was traditionally @ the Beverly Hills Hotel and there were many upscale private functions that were far more organized than his 1000.00 a plate chicken function.
Just down the street from the hotel was a function that included the actor Jeff Bloome ( jazz pianist), famed boxer Mike Tyson, vocalist Chaka Khan, Douggie Fresh, Al B. Sure, Scheeri Payne (former member of the Surpremes and sister to the famed Frieda Payne) and other great performers.
