Since the last time I've written, conditions had changed. After the TRO was thrown out by this judge who didn't give a hoot in the first place, I knew I had to take a different approach.
My cousin had left on June 29 th, saying he only wanted to move on but was being held back from doing so, because one aldo shoe was missing and a very nice captain America toy. Since nothing had been heard from him until July 8th, the assumption was that he'd left. But not so fast, July 15th there is LAPD at the door asking if I knew a C. Sinclair! I responded "yes". I was then quizzed on what had happened in court and told I could not lock him out.
His disappearance, then re-appearance was explained, then a brilliant idea happened. I didn't open the door, only spoke through the metal screen door and said "If he wants to get back in, then file paperwork to do so. Told the officer that I wasn't dealing with it anymore and walked away.
Well C and the officers went downstairs, he talked with them for a long while (30 mins). One officer gives him a report and they leave. No sooner then they had pulled off, there he was trying his key , even after he'd been warned by me in front of them, that harm would come to him if he came in. C. called me and said he would have beat me down had the officers not been there. This conversation had been on three way.
The following morning, around 8 am, I am waked by a light noise, immediately called LAPD, who had advised me to do so, if C. returned. 911 kept me on the phone, knew me, knew him and came out for yet another time. I couldn't see how many cars responded but was told by onlookers that there were eight cars. Lucky for me, the officers from Friday were one of them, they took over and everyone else left. This time, C. had pried open the rusted part of the mental screen door,( just over the door knob with a metal pipe and piece of a metal bed frame
