On other occasions, he's been asked to leave and there wasn't any drama. Now is a different story, a Temporary Restraining Order has been taken out, with a court date coming soon. He doesn't have to vacate until a judge decision is made. Until then, the atmosphere is extremely tense.
There really is no protection in the home with a TRO, because it is considered by the court to be a civil harassment. Because it is, no move out order is granted until a hearing. Since my last entry, the police have responded to five calls. He is toying with us because he has been schooled by some sleazy jailhouse crook on how to get over, and since it's working, he doesn't give a damn who he's using it on.
