Not sure if this show has any real long life episodes. I think the pilot is not strong enough to keep the attention span of most millennial's, let's not mention older adults.

Did I say corny....Perhaps a few great laughs but nothing to keep the show going a second season.

The artsy ads around town are very cute. A man peeking out of the crouch of pink long briefs with white daisies. A very sensuous overtone but the posters and content are a very poor match up.

There will be a few break out talents from this production. Be on the look out for Taylor Misiak,Travis Bennett,Christine Ko, Gata (too early in his career to be a one name actor), and Andrew Santino,

Has anyone ever heard of a show called "Friends".... UMMM...Yes, that sounds like a great title.... :(

Is being a "royal" that horrible? giving up the pomp and circumstance to live like a "normal person". How can this happen. I knew a Sistah in the castle was going to shake things up but this is not it. Now that we have a Black princess in Europe, she wants out! Are you insane or what!

No. You don't do this to us. All little girls and grown little girls at heart, want the castle, horses and carriage, Prince Charming and all that stuff. We have just let go of the cotton field and being the maid..

Looking in Megan's face, I see Diana. Do a transparent overplay and the appearance of Lady Di is there. Not only in her daughter-in-law's face but also in the way she is breaking with tradition.

Stirring up the royal stew. Stop it. Charles is still supporting them financially,so they are not as independent as the world thinks. If she really wants to break from being routine, build wealth on their own and stop expecting the family to pay "your" way.

Bernie Sanders is now in fear of losing his momentum with the youth voters. Why is that so? When 18 yr old adults were given the right to vote, we stood on line and were excited to have the privilege.

Today, 18 yr old adults are online. They need to stay engaged by a computer screen with no human contact but human involvement from a distance.

Joe Biden will win the nomination and will probably choose Elizabeth Warren as his running mate. Making him the first to appoint a woman Vice Pres.

A change will do us good.... It is time to move forward in the obvious direction. WE CAN DO THIS AND WE SHOULD. OTHERWISE, ORANGE HAIR IS GOING TO BE THE NEW BLACK.

Not So Fast F.E.S.

If you live in Los Angeles or Orange county, beware of renting rules. There is a company that has become known for sleazy eviction practices. The name Fast Eviction Service, F.E.S. is one to be aware of. Many homeless people have been victim of this company.

The Superior courthouse in Santa Monica. department S, is where they practice most of their dirty work. The judge will side with this company 90% of the time. No matter how prepared or airtight the case can be, the plaintiff will most likely prevail. With that being said, don't be discouraged.

F.E.S. encourages their landlord clients to file Exparte motions in order to speed up the very busy superior court calendars in both counties. This only gives the defendant 3-5 days to respond with opposing argument. Department S in Santa Monica will side with them even though it is a misuse of the statute. They have advised many landlord client to file these hearings when clearly there was no reason to do so.

What a shamble of the justice system. Courts making decisions, rendering people homeless on a daily basis and don't see their connection to the problem.

Department S, is a clown's courtroom. The main characters remind me of a circus act or a Federico Fellini directed film.

For the sake of winning at all cost, F.E.S.( Fast Eviction Service) will use the most outrageous, slightly legal tactics to increase homelessness in Los Angeles.

By advising their landlord clients to file Exparte hearings in order to speed up the eviction process with very short notice to the opposing party. This does not give the defendant much time to have legal representation.

If this happens to you, get help immediately.
Unfortunately, Legal-Aide should not be your first choice. Basta.org or Eviction Defense Network are the better ones to assist you. These organizations are highly skilled in dealing with F.E.S. owned by Grace Long in San Bernadino county.

If you are ever in the Santa Monica courtroom, department S, and F.E.S. is representing a landlord. Expect to meet Mary Cooper, an attorney with this law firm. She looks like a female version of the" JOKER"

Living in Los Angeles there is something going on that I have a difficult time understanding. The degree of mental illness amoung Americans of African descent. I am phrasing the identity of people of color because many of us don't want to be identified as having a close connection to Africa to be called African American.

Anyway, mental illness seems to be affecting Black Americans at a much higher rate than any other group of citizens in this city. Why is this happening? it is most notable in Skid Row where proverty really lives.

Tents dot the landscape as preferred housing. Below that is a blanket. Higher end is a car, then a van. Others are content just sleeping in their clothes on the bare sidewalk.

But that's the housing part. Mental illness, that is another story. It has affects on people who are not econmically challenged. I can be on public transportation and experience this problem.

Why is this occurring? Want is causing it? Too many of my people are having a menral break down and nobody seems to care? ,They have become the norm instead of the exception.

This thanksgiving was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Visiting a friend,who has just purchased a three level, three deck home in Aledo, Texas. House fabulous, host not so much.

We went to hooters the night of arrival. After that, only short visits to the local grocery store. I had to purchase food or there would have been nothing to eat! Living in the middle of nowhere without public transportation or rental car. My ass was stuck. I suggested a joyride. Not happening. It kinda felt like the movie Misery.

One afternoon, I said I was going for a walk. It turned into an adventure of a fifteen mile journey. Never have I done this. I was soooo bored that I just kept going. Raymond 92 yrs young stopped around mile six and gave me a ride.. His patent is used by anyone cleaning computer keys! He drove me to the central market.

The Central Market should be a tourist destination. It has food from everywhere in the world. I felt like a child in a candy store. They have everything. I found rice flour but there was so many others. Sunflower seed flour, brown rice flour, gabanzo bean flour; get the idea. It was an experience worth having.

My getting back to the gilded cage was something I hated to think about. Not wanting to disturb my horrible host, walking was my only option. It started raining lightly. This felt good. Since it doesn't rain much in Los Angeles, the drops were refreshing as they fell on my bare scalp. I recalled the time I took a shower in the rain because it was raining so heavy. Virginia rains like that. Tropical and smells sweet. I closed my eyes just for a moment, pretending I was there.

Too soon the reality of the evening and my predicament had returned....

Martesa Kosovo directed by Blerta Zeqiri is a low budget film about complicated love involving ordinary people. In this piece, we the onlookers , experience heterosexual life verses same-sex love through the emotions of Bekim, the central character of this film.
You, me and she storyline isn't new, but told through a refreshing point of view that kept my attention frame after frame. Since this wasn't a large production there is no music, nor lighting to distract us from really good storytelling, I could feel his dilemma.

Never having seen a romantic love scene between men was an eye opener, I had no idea that such tenderness existed between males. My exposure to this had been seeing a mild version of tackle football in bed, and this movie changed this notion. It was lovers expressing love to and for each other....A delicate encounter that was relatable.

Bekim's passion, disappointment and pain of having to be silent in a world of male dominance and chauvinism , was deeply felt throughout the film. There was empathy for his plight, I wanted to rally his cause and end his torment ,but silence was all I could offer as I watched him live in his on screen confusion... The song" Torn between two Lovers" kept playing in my head as our main character is torn between his wife and his man...
